Twila Farris
President & Founder
Twila brings more than two decades of accounting, financial management, and executive leadership experience to her clients.
Her career includes more than 11 years in public accounting, specialized consulting in regulated industries, and eight years as CFO of a large Oregon Medicaid and Medicare Advantage health plan. Her expertise spans strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and executive and board-level financial leadership.
Twila founded TOP-LINE CFO in 2022 to provide organizations with experienced financial leadership and meaningful insight beyond the numbers. She partners with executives and boards to strengthen financial performance, improve decision-making, and turn complex financial information into clear, actionable strategy.
Twila holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Andi Ross
Director, Consulting Services
Andi brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial management experience to TOP-LINE CFO, including serving as Corporate Controller for a large Oregon Medicaid and Medicare Advantage health plan. In that role, she worked closely with independent providers and clinics to strengthen financial operations and gain greater visibility into performance. She also played a key role in launching a managed services offering designed to provide healthcare organizations with timely, data-driven financial insights to support informed decision-making.
Throughout her career, Andi has built a strong track record of streamlining accounting processes, strengthening internal controls, and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting. She is skilled at identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions that improve operations and reduce costs, while translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
Andi holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
